The Hindu and the Cowboy
The Hindu and the Cowboy is a one-act play inspired by true stories gathered in interviews with individuals of many faith traditions across the metropolitan area. The play, written by playwright Donna Woodard Ziegenhorn is performed by a multicultural cast and runs one hour. It is produced by Kansas City’s Metropolitan Ensemble Theatre, Karen Paisley, Artistic Director. With the Collaborating sponsorship of The Kansas City Public Library, the two performances are offered free to the public. This year’s performances are dedicated to Shaheen Ahmed and her family whose story is included in The Hindu and the Cowboy.
More details about this play are at The Hindu & the Cowboy.
